The Zibi team is looking for an Administrator, Sales and Marketing

What will you do?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.

• Ensure the sales centre is operating smoothly, guests are registered and welcomed.  Preform administrative duties such as answering purchaser inquiries via email or phone and answering telephones for general inquiries.
• Manage the replenishment of office supplies, sales and promotional materials; obtain quotes and approvals
• Prepare and assist with drafting and creating amendments to agreements and purchaser files
• Manage and maintain project sales reports.  Complete administrative duties such as filing and updating related reports
• Vet files and ensure any necessary outstanding items or corrections are completed/provided
• Create and send out notices to purchasers as required and record receipt
• Provide support as needed during closings and occupancies reporting
• Provide support as needed for sales and marketing tasks during launches and throughout the life of a project
• Provide support as needed with home warranty programs and builder records
• Follow up with and maintain relationships with purchasers and third party vendors as it relates to contracts  
• Report on progress stats for related tasks on an as needed basis
• Enter registrants within salesforce and derive weekly reports
• Gather competitive information for use in formal reporting
• Assist with planning, participation, invoicing, and contracts for on-site events
• Assist with social media content and management

What type of experience and skills do you have?

These are only some of the things we’d like you to bring to the table. We can cover the rest when we meet.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing in both official languages
• High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time
• Ability to multi task and prioritize
• An administrative, sales or marketing background with 1-2 years of experience
• Previous experience working with a builder or in the field of real estate
• Comprehensive understanding of agreements of purchase and sale considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Salesforce and Mail Chimp is an asset
• Graphic design experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
• Experience with Wordpress considered an asset
