• Minimum 5 years experience with installing fiberglass in-ground swimming pools.
• Must have experience with grading & drainage patterns & be able read an architectural drawing.
• Minimum 3 years experience supervising a crew of between 1 and 3 crew members.
• Diagnose, repair, replace and install pool/spa equipment.
• Must have a desire to produce a top quality product & motivate the team to do the same.
• Account for time and parts used on the job and provide a clear description of what was done and any further work required.
• Monitor consumables on the job & report back to management.
• Must be able to act as customer liaison between FDL management and clients.
• Must be a hands on leader & a team player.
• Valid G Drivers License required.
• Attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication skills with co-workers and customers.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the job and weather conditions.
• Thorough knowledge of pool operating system (sanitation, filtration, heating, flow rates, etc.) would be considered an asset.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Steel toe footwear is mandatory
• Tools will be supplied
