Personal Insurance Broker

Team Trigon is looking for a personal lines insurance broker to become the next valued member of our team at our Kemptville office!  We're a family owned and operated independent insurance brokerage, focused on providing a seamless customer experience, and an aim to deliver Insurance that makes sense.

What you'll do:

• Provide exceptional and prompt service to clients
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, coworkers, and underwriters
• Oversee and maintain a book of business
• Analyze client coverage, exposures, and loss experience to determine risk requirements
• Opportunities for new business sales and referral business
• Process renewals and quotes, and respond to day-to-day client inquiries
• Build personalized client relationships through proactive communication
• Ensure accurate processing of policy documentation

What you'll bring:

• RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) License required (OTL equivalency will be considered)
• Quebec (AMF) License an asset
• Sound knowledge of personal lines insurance
• Comprehensive and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
• Strong emphasis on a collaborative and positive team dynamic
• Attention to detail and accuracy
