**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**
- Assist Warehouse Lead with inventory management and operations.
- Maintain organization and improvements in warehousing spaces.
- Collaborate on display operations, including setup and replenishment.
- Perform maintenance work and ensure property safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service during our seasonal Fall sale.
**Skills, Qualifications & Experience:**
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and efficiency.
- Experience with basic machinery and tools.
- Proficient in time management and organization.
- Retail and display experience with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability to changing work volumes and pace.
**Physical Demands:**
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including outdoor work in all seasons.
- Moving heavy equipment, materials, and products.
- Frequent climbing, lifting, and standing.
**Schedule:**
- Part-time hours in spring-early summer, increasing to full-time mid-summer to end of November.
- During peak seasons (September-November), six-day work weeks may be required.
**Additional Information:**
- Own transportation required, as there is no public transit to our location.
**Job Type:** Contract
**Hourly Wage:** Compensation based on experience.
