Spencerville Mill foundation is looking for 2 individuals for Casual Employment from May – October 2019
Occasional Cleaner
Required to clean Mill in preparation for wedding rentals. Cleaner will vacuum main floor, upper level,front entrance, indoor and outdoor stairs and dust all window ledges. Servery counters and sinks must be cleaned. Washroom must be cleaned, restocked with supplies, and garbage removed.
Pay: $20/hr. Up to 3 hours per rental.
Rental Supervisor
Supervisor will be onsite at the Mill during rentals. Unlock doors, enforce no smoking policy, provide oversight of alcohol consumption and ensure that patrons respect the heritage nature of the building and its holdings. At end of rental time ensure that lessee and guests return the facilities and grounds to the condition in which they found them before the beginning of their event. This includes, but is not limited to, replacement of furniture, sweeping the floors and the removal of garbage.
Pay: $ 15/hr Min. 4 hours – up to max. 9hours
